AGM Outcomes 2025

The recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the AWCINSW was held on 21 March at Brighton Lakes Recreation Club.

During the meeting, Shane Croker, AWCINSW President, highlighted the achievements of the past year, emphasising the importance of how AWCINSW represents members of the Wall & Ceiling Community in NSW and the importance of our industry engagement and support for local initiatives. After a comprehensive review, members voted on the board appointments, our audited financial reports and the plan for the upcoming year for AWCINSW.

The 2025 board is expected to continue our focus on strengthening our industry through our training and education programs, membership sustainability, industry connect programs and sensible financial management. The NSW board will also work towards enhancing collaborations within the wall & ceiling community. The AGM concluded with a very eager group of golfers ready to take to the greens for the annual AWCINSW V Master Painters Cup.

Overall, the AGM meeting was productive, setting a positive tone for the upcoming year as the organisation looks to implement new strategies and foster growth within our industry.
